To systematically expand and professionalize our global partner network, we are creating the new position of International Partnership Manager (m/f/d).Your mission: Make our international distributors more successful – through structure, clear processes, and a culture of genuine partnership.

Your mission

  • You take ownership of our international partner network (currently including Mexico, Poland, Hong Kong, and the UK)

  • Regular international travel to support partners and customers on site worldwide

  • You develop a scalable system for partner management and activation: regular check-ins, trainings, KPI tracking, sales enablement materials, and reporting

  • You ensure that our partners understand our products, actively market them, and sustainably increase revenue

  • As the primary contact for existing partners, you build trust-based, equal-footing relationships and identify growth opportunities early in each market

  • You identify new distribution partners worldwide with precision and guide them through the entire onboarding process – from first contact to contract signing

  • In close coordination with the Director of Commercial, Head of Sales, and Marketing team, you align international campaigns and sales initiatives

  • You bring clarity and structure to a strategically important area and continue to develop it professionally

  • You independently conduct negotiations with partner companies and, if needed, with international key accounts

  • Together with the Head of Sales, Director of Commercial, and the management team, you plan our international revenues and actively contribute to the growth strategy

Gehalt

Attractive fixed salary combined with a transparent, performance-based, and uncapped bonus structure directly tied to your closed deals and the achieved contract volume.

OTE: €55,000–€80,000 per year

Your profile

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in international B2B partner sales, ideally in MedTech, HealthTech, or related industries.

  • Proven hands-on experience in building or managing distributor networks.

  • Structured and analytical working style: You efficiently establish processes, define KPI systems, and implement scalable routines.

  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence: Whether in a video call with Poland or a partner meeting in Mexico, you navigate different contexts with ease.

  • Clear sales mindset: You think in terms of results, recognize opportunities, and consistently drive initiatives forward.

  • Fluent in German and English (C1); additional languages are a plus.

  • High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and the drive to build something new rather than just maintain the status quo.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and enjoy meeting partners worldwide in person.
